Standard Bags
Standard bags are usually produced for Mining / Building Industry, the bag has to be produced in accordance with the International FIBC Safety Standards such as ISO 21898:2004. These are the most cost effective bags and are primarily used in gravel, aggregates, sand, stone, construction Industry. The bag is also known as One Ton Bag / Builder Bag / Aggregate Bag.
Clean Room Bags
Clean room bags are produced in a clean and hygiene environment, the bags are free of debris, no contamination on the inner or outer layers of the bag, the bags are often used where hygiene is required however the bag does not comes in direct contact with food material.
Food Grade Bags
Food grade bags are completely safe for direct food contact packaging. A Bulk Bag that is manufactured in a facility that has undergone frequent audits and is certified by an international food safety standard such as AIB / BRC / HACCP / FSCC.
High end food grade bags / Pharma Grade Bags
Phrama grade bags are produced in the food grade certified facility, these bags are produced under a very controlled environment and are absolutely contamination free.
Accepted as the industry standard around the world, the U-Panel FIBC is the most popular FIBC shape. The bags are constructed using three body panels, bottom and two main sides are made from a single piece of fabric creating a “U” and the other two pieces form the other two sides, the bag maintains a square shape when filled and gives the bag large lifting capacity.
4-Panel bag is constructed using four separate pieces of fabric stitched together at the edges with each other to form a square shape,a squared piece of fabric is used to form the bottom of the bag.The bag does well in terms of retaining its shape as compared to U-Panel or Circular bags and it’s better suited for stacking. The bag is mainly useful for transporting and storing solid and uniformed shaped products.
A Circular/Tubular bag is woven into a cylindrical shape and cut to the correct size. The top and bottom panels can either be sealed or flat panels attached to both sides, thus forming a cylindrical bag.The bags are very easier to make that makes them very cost effective; also, they are ideal for the packaging of fine and hydroscopic materials. The tubular body design is also ideal as a liner-less option for fine materials and is recognized for its ease of lifting and manipulating with a forklift.
This special Baffle construction offers maximum stability to the bag making it ideal bulk packaging solution for stack-ability. These bags can be made using the U-Panel or the 4 Panel constructions, there are 4 baffles sewn inside the bag to the body fabric at each corner in order to prevent bulging of the bag when filled which allows for a more effective use of the bag’s storage capacity. The bag can have four rigid self-standing cross corner or corner loops allowing the fork lift operator to pick up bags without the requirement of additional staff. The Baffle Bag is ideal for light-density products and can be more economical as it increases payload. Due to the special construction type these bags help you fill 25% more product into the bag and it also saves you about 30% on transportation.
Woven polypropylene bags are considered to be the toughest packaging bags, widely used to pack materials for grain, milling and sugar industry. These bags come in various sizes and options and fabric width. Woven PP Bags are also known as sand bags, cement bags and flood control bags as they are widely used in the construction of dams, roads, railways and river banks.
Ventilated bags as the name suggest are FIBCs that allow easy circulation of air with breathable strips. These bags are useful for products that require breathing flow when packed, such as fruits and vegetables.
Peanut Fabric or Tote bag is a ventilated big bag applicable for products that need breathe or airflow. The permeable fabric allows the air to pass through the bag which helps prevent the chances of excess moisture which can contribute to mold growth in the peanuts being stored.
The 1- Loop and 2- loop bags are cost effective and suitable for bulk handling solutions. They are most widely used to transport bulk loads and for storing larger volume and high capacity contents like, fertilizers, cement, chemicals, minerals, food grains, etc. These bags are available in both inner liner and outer liner options.
Conical Bag
The Conical Bag is designed specifically to assist in the complete discharge of contents, which are slightly sticky, like brown sugar, clay and premix flour products. The conical shape at the bottom of the bag ensures that the bulk bag can be discharged quickly and easily.
Custom Built Bags based on our customer’s preferences
All the above bags are available in coated and uncoated fabric options.
Bulk Bags are classified according to one of four Types: A, B, C, and D. All these Types are defined by the construction of the Bulk Bags, the intended use, and performance requirement criteria.
Type A bags are made of plain woven polypropylene and with non-conductive properties. These bags are used to transport non-flammable products. The user needs to make sure that there are no flammable solvents or gases present around the bulk bags.
Type B bags are also made of plain woven polypropylene and with non-conductive properties however, these bags have a low breakdown voltage which does not generally exceed 6 kV. This is quite effective for the prevention of explosive dust-air mixtures from igniting. However, these bags cannot dissipate static electricity and hence cannot be termed as ‘anti-static’, these bags are used to transport dry, flammable powders. Type B does not have any interwoven materials with conductive properties thus the bags must only be used when there are no flammable solvents or gases present around the bulk bags.
Type C FIBCs also is known as conductive FIBCs are made from non-conductive polypropylene fabrics interwoven with conducting threads sewn in a grid pattern, that connect the bag to ground via a grounding point. The connection to ground or earth during filling and discharging is very essential and critical to the safe and secure use of these bags. These bags are used to transport flammable powders and are safe to use when flammable vapors, combustible dust or gases are present.
Type D bags are widely known as Dissipative bags and are made from a material which is antistatic in nature. It is composed of antistatic and static dissipative threads. These bags are designed safely prevent from incendiary sparks, brush discharges and propagating brush discharges without the need for a connection from the bulk bag to the ground. These bags are used to transport flammable powders and are safe to use when flammable vapors, combustible dust or gases are present, however, please do not use these bags if the surface of the bag is covered or contaminated with materials such as water or grease.
These bags are made of Woven Polypropylene and sometimes require PE liner inserted in the bags, these bags require higher safety factors and robustness as these bags are used in extreme transportation conditions and carry Hazardous goods.
The transport of dangerous goods is regulated in order to prevent injury to people, harm to the environment and material damages. We have a range of UN Bulk Bags designed and certified to contain and transport hazardous materials by Sea, Land, and Rail in accordance with the UN International standards.

There are four types of FIBCs made from woven polypropylene for dangerous goods:
13 H 1 Woven PP fabrics without coating or inner liner
13 H 2 Woven PP fabric, coated
13 H 3 Woven PP fabric with inner liner
13 H 4 Woven PP fabric, coated and with inner liner
Please Note: UN bags are not classified by safety factors they are classified by packing groups I, II or III. The term safety factor refers to FIBCs for non-dangerous goods.
