A flexible intermediate bulk container (FIBC), bulk bag, or big bag, is an industrial plastic container made of flexible Poly propylene fabric that is designed for storing and transporting dry, flow-able products, such as sand, minerals, fertilizer, Chemicals and granules of plastic. FIBCs are made of woven polyethylene or polypropylene, either coated or uncoated, and are made in different sizes. These bags are capable of caring 1000 to 2000 kgs load and sometimes even more for special requirements. Transporting and loading is done on either pallets or by lifting it from the loops. Bags are made with different lifting options.

"SWL" stands for Safe Working Load which is the weight that the FIBC bag is rated to hold safely and "SF" stands for Safety Factor, usually FIBC bags are 5:1 that means that the bag is certified to hold 5 times the amount of the SWL of the bag.

An open top bag is simply open bag without any top closure, duffle top is a light weight PP fabric which is the same diameter as the four panels of the bag sewn on the top edge of the bag to secure the product and the spout is most used on funnel filling plants where the product goes directly into the bag with minimum dust emission while the bag is being filled at the filling machine or point.
Yes, these bags are printable, we can print all the four panels in one to four colors.
Of course for that you need a 6:1 SF rated bag if you want to reuse the Bulk Bags, we recommend using this bag only twice as using these bags more than two times can damage the bag which could be dangerous, and we also recommend re-using the bulk bags after a physical inspection of the bag.
